Arts and Science Program Leader
We call it STEAMrollers. You'll share all areas of science, technology, engineering, the arts and mathematics. This program is full of big projects to engage campers and keep them hungry for knowledge. The program also includes the visual and performing arts, sculpting, painting, music, dance, theater and improvisation.
Salary range $16 - 18/hr based on experience, qualifications, and availability. In addition, we offer a +10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English. Staff working more than 10 hours per week may sign up their children or siblings for free YMCA camp too! More about this in the benefits section.
Shifts are between 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm M-F. Part time and full time summer seasonal positions are available up to 40 hours a week. No weekends (except one required weekend training May 19th)! This position is seasonal June 3rd through Aug 2nd with training May 20-24th and we anticipate openings for the school year in our before and after school programs.

Qualifications
All Employees receive a free individual membership and anyone working 10+ hours receives a free family membership, 50-100% off our programs and if eligible, we contribute the equivalent of 10% of your salary to the YMCA Retirement Fund.
Part-Time employees also receive paid sick time at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
