The YMCA is seeking Youth Sports Clinic Instructors. This position is part time. Clinics are scheduled Monday nights 5:00 to 8:00PM. 

Salary range: $15-$18/hour based on experience, availability and certifications. In addition, we offer a +10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.

• Teach introductory through intermediate skills, rules of play and the Y Way to Play using your own and provided lesson plans
• Assist in officiating, including parent interaction 
• Ensure clinics run smoothly and safely with all activities starting and ending on schedule
• Other duties as assigned

• Age 16 years or older 
• Significant involvement and understanding of the sport
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification within 30 days
• Know how to break down a skill and explain it so that participants can understand and perform the skill
• Ability to organize and engage groups of children
• Ability to communicate and work with a variety of people including kids, staff, other host staff, and community members
