The YMCA is seeking Youth Sports Site Supervisors. 

Salary range: $15-$18/hour based on experience, availability and certifications. In addition, we offer a +10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.

• Ensure program participants are learning introductory skills through the rules of play and the Y Way to Play
• Assist in parent interaction 
• Ensure the program is running smoothly and safely with all activities starting and ending on schedule
• Other duties as assigned

• Age 16 years or older
• Significant involvement and understanding of the sport
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification within 30 days. We can help with this
• Ability to organize and engage groups of children
• Know how to break down a skill and explain it so that participants can understand and perform the skill
• Ability to communicate and work with a variety of people including kids, staff, other host staff, and community members
