Overview

The YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking Customer Relations Specialists for our opening shift five mornings a week. 

 

Positions are part-time and year-round. Available openings shifts are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:15am to 9:00am with opportunities to cover additional shifts when needed. If you are an early riser and enjoy a beautiful sunrise, this would be the perfect way to start your day. 

 

We offer a +10% differential for staff who work the opening shift and another +10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

  • Welcomes our members.
  • Answers questions.
  • Gives tours.
  • Helps individuals and families understand and access Y offerings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be reliable and committed to arriving on time for every shift.
  • Customer Service and Sales Experience preferred.
  • Professional, alert, courteous, and tactful.
  • Spanish proficiency preferred (additional 10% pay differential for Spanish and English fluency).
  • Intermediate computer skills required.

Posted Salary Range

USD $15.86 - USD $15.86 /Hr.
