Building Supervisor and Ice Maintenance Operator (Zamboni Driver) - Lafayette

The YMCA of Northern Colorado is currently hiring for part-time, year-round year-round building supervisors/ice maintenance operators. These positions include day, evening and weekend shifts at our branch.

The Building Supervisor/Ice Maintenance Operator ensures facility safety for employees and patrons, keeps equipment and programs running and maintains the ice surface.

The salary range is $15.16-$16.50 per hour based on experience and certifications. We offer a +10% differential for bilingual staff (Spanish and English).

• Maintain a clean and safe facility at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Perform general maintenance tasks at facility including preventative maintenance.
• Complete assigned ice, building and equipment maintenance while keeping accurate records for these services.
• Operate standard office equipment that includes computers, fax and copy machines, and telephones and maintenance and cleaning equipment that includes ice resurfacing and ice maintenance equipment, vacuums, mops, and any other equipment associated with use in a recreational facility.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Proficient ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license and meet our MVR requirements.
• Ice resurfacing experience and ice maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in facility maintenance and operations is preferred.
