Having great staff is a vital part of the success of any Youth Development Program! The YMCA of Northern Colorado is looking for passionate staff to join our after-school programs staff. We are looking for drivers who embody the four core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility, have a genuine love for children, who are kind and patient, and most importantly a staff that can support the YMCA's mission.
Our goal is for each child to enjoy safe adventures, make new friends and have joyful experiences every day. Come join our team for 10-15 hours each week.
Shifts/Hours: Driving hours are tentatively 2:00pm-4:00pm Monday-Friday. Additional hours as a program leader in the after-school programs may be available.
The salary range is $16.00-19.00 per hour. In addition, we offer a +10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.
